Position Overview:
The Construction Field Supervisor is responsible for providing direct and daily oversight of the schedule, subcontractors, and materials for all ICAST Retrofit projects within Utah. The Field Supervisor will provide direction and support to subcontractors as well as work collaboratively with their Project Manager to ensure successful completion of projects while maintaining program compliance. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for providing daily and weekly updates, both verbal and written, to the Construction Project Manager, highlighting progress and ensuring that management is alerted to potential or realized issues.
Requirements
Must Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Forman, or equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience with Weatherization Assistance Program work
- Proven experience managing MF construction projects
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail
- Analytical problem solving-skills
- OSHA 30 certification or other related construction certification
- Proficient with M365 (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience managing sub-contractors
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Reports to: Construction Project Manager - UT
Skill Level: Intermediate
Areas of Expertise: Change Orders, Subcontractor management
Compensation: $65,000/yr
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day oversite of assigned project(s) budget, schedule, materials, and subcontractor assignments
- Provide on-site support to subcontractors
- Maintain records of daily installs in ICAST’s Project Management System - Smartsheet
- Work with Construction Admin staff to develop and complete punch lists
- Interface with others in departments to support project development & project close outs
- Communicate project timelines and updates to Project Manager
