Call Center Representative

Clicklease is a rapidly growing FinTech company that is disrupting the $1+ trillion financial services industry. Our proprietary technology platform and machine-learning decisioning algorithms are changing the face and pace of commercial equipment finance. We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our call center team.

As a Call Center Representative at Clicklease, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns.

· Provide information about Clicklease products and services.

· Process customer orders, applications, and payments.

· Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

· Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

· Collaborate with other team members and internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.

· Proficient in using CRM systems and other call center tools.

· Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous call center experience is a plus.

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
