Full-time | Benefits | Salary: DOE

Located in Provo, Utah
_______________________________________

Oasis Ascent is a short-term residential treatment program for teenagers located in Provo, Utah. The families we serve are in crisis and need support keeping their children safe right now. At Oasis Ascent, we provide thorough assessment, around-the-clock secure care, and intensive support to young men and women. We are a safe setting for adolescents to stabilize while they and their families meet with licensed clinicians to determine the underlying causes of distress and what next steps make the most sense for their needs.

Our students struggle with emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. As our Admission Coordinator, your primary goals are excellent customer service and quality control. You will meet these goals through listening to families in crisis with genuine care and empathy, ensuring only clinically appropriate students are admitted to Oasis Ascent, and providing information about other treatment options to families whose needs fall outside of what Oasis Ascent offers.

Understanding who our students are and which teenagers are clinically appropriate for our treatment setting is essential. Honesty about if our program is a good fit is very important. If we aren't the right place for their child, part of providing good customer service is recommending other treatment options to the family. Empathy, reflective listening skills, and clear communication will be vital to your success as you talk with parents in crisis. Each family's story is unique, but regardless of what has happened in the past, Oasis Ascent's evidence-based practices are proven methods of helping families reconnect and heal.

If you want to help teenagers create lasting, positive change, then Oasis Ascent is the right team for you.
