YouTube Strategist / Operations Manager

We’re looking for a YouTube Strategist to help top entrepreneurs and business owners grow their YouTube channels from scratch to the biggest in their field, and more importantly, grow their business and get clients/customers using YouTube.

- $5,000-$10,000 per month base pay after onboarding with uncapped earning potential

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create top-notch channel strategies for each client/channel, including video ideas, thumbnail concepts, and video vision/direction

- Manage and communicate with clients, ensuring they record videos like top YouTubers with all the guidance, training, and resources they need

- Manage our team of thumbnail designers to produce high-quality thumbnails on time

- Manage our team of scriptwriters to produce scripts that help clients record each video

- Oversee all YouTube channels, analyze data to gain insights, and improve our strategy

- Always study YouTube, seeking new and better opportunities to help our clients' channels blow up and go viral

- Give clients feedback on recordings to improve performance

- Identify areas for improvement in our operation and strategy to help scale channels further and faster

Who are we looking for?:

Someone who is:

- Obsessed with YouTube and loves making videos that go viral

- Experienced in YouTube strategy and producing successful YouTube videos

- Able to provide examples of successful videos and channel growth

- Familiar with the business and finance niche (not required but a plus)

- Hardworking and resilient

- Impact-driven

- Good at problem-solving

- Unfazed by long hours when necessary

- Wants to be part of something big

- Dedicated to getting the best results for clients, even if it means working late nights and making sacrifices

- Fast and honest in communication

- Responsive to feedback

- Eager to learn

- Fluent in English

Who are we NOT looking for?

Someone who:

- Only cares about pay and not the success of the channels and results from videos

- Lacks ambition

- Has poor communication skills

- Ignores feedback

- Does the bare minimum to keep getting paid

- Gives up when faced with a challenge

- Lets emotions interfere with logical and rational thinking

- Doesn't speak good English

- Didn't fully read this job post

Job Requirements:

- This role is NOT EASY. It’s highly rewarding but demanding

- Must have experience in growing YouTube channels and in YouTube strategy. Experience with business and education channels is a plus but not required

- Must be dedicated and committed to this role as a priority

- Must be willing to work long hours and additional hours if necessary

- Must have good organizational skills and be capable of handling multiple projects/tasks at once

- Must handle stress well and manage emotions

- Must love feedback and not take it as criticism

- Must have fast communication and be fully available as this is a full-time role

- Should be ambitious and eager to achieve big things

- Should have experience managing a team and working within a business

- Should have at least some knowledge and understanding of business and education
