Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies tailored to each client, encompassing video concepts, thumbnail designs, and overarching channel vision.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure seamless video production, providing necessary guidance and resources to achieve high-quality content.
- Lead and manage a team of thumbnail designers and scriptwriters, fostering a creative and productive environment to consistently deliver exceptional content.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate channel performance, identify trends, and refine strategies for optimal growth.
- Stay abreast of YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities to innovate and create viral content strategies for client channels.
- Offer constructive feedback to clients on video content to enhance engagement and performance metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and strategize scalable solutions to accelerate channel growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in YouTube strategy development and channel growth, demonstrating a deep understanding of YouTube's best practices and algorithm dynamics.
- Strong dedication and commitment to achieving results, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines and support client needs.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and adeptness at handling diverse tasks under pressure.
- Capacity to manage feedback constructively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, driven to deliver significant impact and drive channel success.
- Ideally, experience in team leadership or management within a creative or business environment.
- Familiarity with business and education sectors, particularly in relation to content strategies, is advantageous.
