Summary of Position
Reporting to the Manager of Launch Services, the Web Project Manager will serve as a critical liaison between our home services clients and our design, development, QA, and copywriting teams.
Using a consultative approach, you will manage new WordPress website projects to develop a mutually-beneficial and profitable final site that exceeds the customer satisfaction and positions RYNO for future business or referrals from the client.
This position does not require extensive coding knowledge or design skill, but the willingness to understand the marriage between the two and the ability to speak confidently to their application will be critical to your success. You will develop a strong understanding of our clients’ business and use a consultative approach with external and internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully, on time, on budget, at quality, and to scope.
Position Responsibilities
- Supporting strong relationships with business owners from kick-off meetings to post launch
- Understanding a client’s business, goals and challenges, as if they were your own
- Coordinating client-facing meetings and internal team meetings
- Bridging the gap between client communication and the internal teams’ objectives
- Creating and overseeing the execution of website project timelines
- Coordinating the sharing of resources and client information between design, development, quality assurance, and content departments
- Providing feedback or revisions to both designers and developers at various stages in the process
- Assisting with user and cross browser testing to ensure the final website product meets the original scope
- Providing coordination and support to the various technical teams during the website launch preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration
- 3+ years of project management experience in web or related fields
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing agency highly preferred
- Home Services industry exposure highly preferred
- Familiarity with WordPress or other web platforms and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with CRMs and project management tools (Salesforce, Wrike, Hive, ClickUp) is a plus
- Strong relationship-building skills with existing accounts
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The total compensation for this salaried exempt opportunity includes a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000, the potential for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
