About the Role
Our client, a travel based company is seeking a web development freelancer to work on a single project related to their upcoming online platform launch. The project is expected to last more than a week and can be completed remotely. The primary task involves integrating APIs, preferably with a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry to develop relevant content. The company has a target timeline of one week for this project.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's requirements and the features needed for their online travel platform
- Integrate relevant travel APIs (e.g., flight booking, hotel reservations, rental cars, etc.) into the website
- Develop and implement functionality for displaying travel-related content and offers
Requirements
- Beginner-level experience in web development, with a focus on API integration
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks
- Familiarity with back-end technologies and databases
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience working with travel-related APIs
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
