About the Role

Our client, a company specialising in selling clothing, is gearing up to hire a skilled full-time web developer on a long-term, contract basis. This mid-level position involves enhancing the company's website and improving its overall quality. As they are ready to make a paid hire, the company is open to receiving offers for this project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company's e-commerce website using Node.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Implement new features and functionalities to improve the website's user experience and performance.
• Optimise website performance, including server-side rendering, code optimisation, and caching strategies.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on Node.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Familiarity with React.js and its ecosystem.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR) techniques.
