Founded in Fall 2023, Howard Financial has grown rapidly, now serving over 35 high-growth companies across diverse industries. We’re seeking a communicative and entrepreneurial VP of Operations to lead and scale our operations while shaping our culture and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure scalable, efficient processes.
- Lead and develop the operations team, fostering accountability and improvement.
- Define growth strategies, set goals, and monitor KPIs with the founders.
- Drive process optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, budget management, and cost control.
- Build systems to support service scalability for a growing client base.
- Manage relationships with high-value clients and oversee new client outreach.
Requirements
Preferred Skills
- Proven operations management experience, ideally in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Leadership experience in scaling operations in fast-growing companies.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
