Job Overview:

The Vice President of Operations will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling processes, and ensuring seamless execution across the organization. This role requires a results-driven, high-energy leader with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, approachable, and grounded leader who inspires teams while fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and operational efficiency. Experience in technology or fintech operations is essential, while familiarity with crypto or blockchain technologies is a significant advantage.

The VP of Operations will play a critical role in aligning day-to-day operations with long-term business goals, enabling the company to scale effectively while maintaining operational rigor. Success in this position means optimizing systems, driving key performance outcomes, and building strong, cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

What will you do:

Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement systems, processes, and tools that streamline workflows and optimize performance.

Deliver Results and Drive Accountability:

  • Establish clear performance metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure success; proactively identify gaps and implement solutions to meet company objectives.
  • Lead initiatives that improve operational timelines, delivery quality, and team outcomes.

Scale and Improve Infrastructure:

  • Build operational systems and frameworks to support rapid business growth and evolving company priorities.
  • Manage resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 

Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with leaders across departments to ensure alignment between operations and business strategy.
  • Foster effective communication, problem-solving, and shared accountability across all teams.

Lead with Urgency and Influence:

  • Drive a culture of execution and high performance, ensuring that critical initiatives are prioritized and completed on time.
  • Serve as an approachable and pragmatic leader who builds trust and motivates teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive Operations Leadership Experience: 8-10+ years of experience leading operations in technology, fintech, or high-growth companies. Experience in crypto/blockchain is a plus.
  • Proven Track Record of Scaling Operations: Demonstrated success in building and optimizing systems, processes, and teams to enable organizational growth.
  • Strong Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use data and metrics to analyze performance, drive decisions, and measure results.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Adept at influencing, building trust, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Results-Oriented with Sense of Urgency: Ability to prioritize and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience Driving Accountability and Performance: Track record of setting goals, implementing KPIs, and ensuring teams meet or exceed expectations.
  • Adaptable and Resilient Leader: Capable of navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining focus and clarity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
