The Role

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Consultation Specialist to conduct professional pre-education sessions with potential clients. This key position serves as the first point of meaningful contact for prospects, qualifying leads and guiding them through our program offerings.

*MUST BE IN EASTERN OR CENTRAL UNITED STATES TIME ZONES*

Requirements

  • Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients via video conference
  • Present comprehensive program overviews and explain our unique approach
  • Qualify prospects both financially and clinically
  • Navigate pricing discussions skillfully and convert qualified leads
  • Present payment options and financing solutions
  • Maintain detailed consultation records and follow-up protocols
  • Attend monthly in-person debrief meetings (if local to Atlanta)


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience ($5,000+ average transaction)
  • Proven track record of closing sales in a consultative environment
  • Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes
  • Ability to build rapport quickly in a virtual setting
  • Professional appearance and home office setup for video calls


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical spa, functional medicine, or weight loss industries
  • Located in Metro Atlanta area
  • Background in healthcare or wellness consulting
  • Experience with virtual sales processes
  • Knowledge of medical financing options
