About the Role
Our client is seeking a mid-level experienced video editor for an exciting project showcasing their biggest festival. The ideal candidate will create a dynamic and engaging video. This remote position requires proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with a keen eye for dramatic and suspenseful editing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage from the club's festival to create a compelling narrative
- Implement dynamic visual effects and transitions inspired by the "Money Heist" series
- Incorporate text overlays and graphics to enhance the video's impact
- Select and edit appropriate audio, including background music and sound effects
- Colour grade footage to achieve a cohesive and dramatic look
Requirements
- Proven experience as a video editor, with 3-5 years in the field
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic editing styles, preferably including suspenseful or dramatic content
- Familiarity with the visual style of "Money Heist" and ability to adapt similar techniques
- Excellent storytelling skills through video editing
