Keeper Security is hiring a Vice President of Global Revenue Operations to be a strategic partner to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), lead revenue operations globally and manage the sales operations and customer experience teams. This is a hybrid position consisting of remote and in-office work at our global offices.

About the Role
The Vice President of Global Revenue Operations will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), lead revenue operations globally and manage the sales operations and customer experience teams. As a business operations leader, this individual will be responsible for setting priorities, hiring and developing talent, nurturing a team culture of innovation, deeply collaborating cross-functionally, and driving transformation across the revenue organization.
Responsibilities
Revenue Operations
- Develop and manage the rhythm of business for the global CRO organization and support key organizational initiatives
- Lead, scale and optimize global revenue operations to accelerate growth
- Create, document and automate processes required to scale and accelerate global growth in partnership with CRO leadership; drive functional and process excellence
- Drive all performance reporting cadences, forecasting, pipeline management and strategic planning
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to oversee a holistic data and analytics strategy
- Manage special projects on behalf of the CRO
Sales Operations
- Lead and manage the sales operations team
- Ensure real-time visibility to KPIs, operational performance, discrepancy reports and calls to action
- Create and maintain a best-in-class sales and customer experience infrastructure through Salesforce and other tools
- Establish frameworks for reporting, analyzing and measuring performance; continuously develop actionable insights
- Manage the partnership between sales operations, business intelligence, marketing operations and other internal teams; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and data-driven decision making
Customer Experience
- Lead and manage the global B2B customer experience team which includes implementation, training and customer support
- Optimize and drive the customer experience strategy to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Champion a customer-centric culture
- Partner with the product and development teams to execute on key initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in progressive revenue operations leadership positions within the technology industry; B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Success driving revenue growth and customer retention through strategic and operational excellence
- Master of sales and post-sales KPIs, operations, reporting and technologies, including expertise with Salesforce and Service Now
- Passionate about data and analytics as a lever to improve business performance
- People management experience and a passion for attracting and developing talent
- Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for a global audience
- Strong operations and financial acumen, analytical and detail oriented
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work a flexible schedule to help lead a global organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, operations or a related field
