As Vice President for Additive Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of our Additive Manufacturing business with focus on the DoD along with related commercial markets. With your audacious skills, you’ll identify, develop, and cultivate strategic customer relationships to secure significant revenue and expand our market within the US government. Using your existing network and relationships, you’ll identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities with commanding officers and senior DoD executives. With these relations and accounts, you’ll then work with your team to utilize the data generated to proactively identify and interpret demand signals from customers, positioning Phillips and yourself to solve problems before they're even identified.

With a world-class understanding of Additive Manufacturing solutions, you’ll collaborate with Phillips partners to develop and present compelling value propositions that address customer needs and challenges for today and tomorrow. Then, you’ll use your virtuosos skills in sales strategies, including needs analysis, solution development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation, to secure and close deals so you’re able to consistently achieve and exceed annual sales quotas and key performance indicators.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected total compensation range for a qualified person in this role is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills for presenting and engaging with industry leaders at sponsored and industry events

Build relationships and engage with other Phillips partners to both understand demand signals and assist with business development efforts

Delivering accurate and reliable sales forecasts,

Continuously improving revenues, consistently surpassing sales goals and targets.

Prior high-level military experience is STRONGLY preferred, Navy nuclear engineering background a plus

Strong CRM experience, D365 a plus

10 years’ or more experience in DoD business development, including experience with engaging with executives at large DoD contractors

Ability to obtain access to military bases, current security clearance a plus

Due to customer requirements, you must be a US citizen to be considered for this role
