Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze data and transform insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to integrate user insights into design processes.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design and development teams.
- Identify and communicate research objectives, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Create documentation and presentations to communicate findings to the wider team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX research or a similar role.
- Experience with various research methods, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Miro, or similar design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
