Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Industry Experience: Candidates must have substantial experience in the optical lenses and optical camera industry, ideally with knowledge of suppliers in the photonics industry.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a senior sales leadership role is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Market Expansion and Role Expectations
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute strategies for penetrating the US market effectively.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Budget and Work Location
- Budget Responsibilities: Manage the sales budget with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Remote Work: Flexible working conditions are available; however, frequent travel within the US is required.

- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the fiscal year.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on optical products, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
