Full Job Description

Aretum, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a dedicated and organized Unit Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Unit Program Coordinator at Aretum, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support and coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our unit programs.

With a focus on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions, Aretum supports government clients across various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the squadron commander for all administrative support programs such as task management, health care program, fitness program, personnel management program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, civilian timecard program, resources program.
  • Provide administrative support to unit programs, including maintaining and updating databases, files, and records
  • Coordinate program activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
  • Monitor and track program budgets, expenditures, and performance metrics
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support program evaluation and reporting
  • Manage program documentation, including organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of program events and activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the unit, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance Required
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
