We are looking for creative and innovative product managers that are ready to revolutionize enterprise solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for innovation and creation of products.
• Collaborate with leaders and developers to create great designs.
• Follow through with your designs as a support and validator when they are implemented.
• Grow with the team to evolve the product and designs.
• Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to understand the vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Present designs to a committee and explain what makes the design and innovative.
• Work in an Agile environment and be part of a scrum team.
• Prioritize work as a team leader for designers.

Interview Process

Woven assessment > 30 min phone interview with Director of Engineering > 1- hour technical interview with Architect and Director > 1 - hour follow up meeting

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Ability to reimagine and innovate on products and UI/UX designs.
• 2+ years, experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Expert using Figma or Adobe XD
• Experience designing product interfaces (such as a builder tool product and/or interesting forms).
• Use Jira or equivalent.
• Has learned and consistently utilized best designing practices for projects.
• Experience leading a team of designers.
• Great personal and group organization skills, able to organize work among a team.
• Can evangelize best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills

Bonus

• Comfortable creating your own content rather than downloading it.
• Comfortable creating composites of content from available sources.
• Experience working with California Medical Provider vetting.
• Speak Spanish (intermediate to advanced)
