Travel Planner

We are seeking a passionate Travel Planner (entry level) who loves exploring new destinations. You will manage travel arrangements for your clients, offering tourism-related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Your goal is to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty for future services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Sell:
• Assist clients in planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Provide Information:
• Offer relevant information, brochures, and publications (such as guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events) to travelers.
• Booking and Payment:
• Book transportation and make hotel reservations.
• Collect payment and fees.
• Promotion and Problem Resolution:
• Use promotional techniques and prepare materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
• Handle travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
• Stay Informed:
• Stay up to date on travel trends and information.
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong sales skills
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Self motivator
