Are you passionate about workplace safety and have a knack for sales? We're looking for a dynamic Transactional Sales Representative I to become the driving force behind our MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) product line. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of promoting and selling essential safety solutions to the mining industry, primarily through phone interactions and engaging online product demonstrations.

What You'll Do to Make an Impact:

  • Spearhead our MSHA product sales strategy, helping mining operations stay safe and compliant
  • Thrive in a high-energy environment, connecting with clients through calls and emails to meet daily targets
  • Crush monthly and quarterly sales goals, directly contributing to safer workplaces in the mining sector
  • Build lasting relationships with mining industry clients, renewing contracts and upselling our latest safety innovations
  • Master Salesforce to track your client interactions and sales victories with precision
  • Deliver compelling web-based presentations that showcase how our MSHA products can revolutionize workplace safety

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with closing responsibilities in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and MS Office applications.
  • Strong multitasking skills, able to manage phone, email, and online chat simultaneously.

This role offers a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $47,000, along with an annual commission earning potential of $31K-$43K (with uncapped commission potential). Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the stated range depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic location and level of experience.
