Full Job Description

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and motivated Training Program Manager to join our team. As a Training Program Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of training programs for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build out and maintain training needs list based on stakeholder inputs, such as CDET documents, CB and CSD leadership, and stakeholder requests.
  • Maintain the Training Needs Framework and online portal and update as necessary. This information is currently housed in a SharePoint site that will feed into the training needs as directed by CB stakeholders.
  • Support insertion of training needs into the SharePoint site and analyze as directed by CDET leadership.
  • Provide overview and support of the Training Needs Framework to CDET staff on a periodic basis.
  • Develop any requested templates or job aids for the Training Needs Framework
  • Document the Training Needs Framework tasks in a Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Create a matrix or spreadsheet of update requirements, such as:
  • Ensure that instructor and student feedback is included in update process by creating a mechanism for sharing content.
  • Ensure that action items from hotwash meetings are included in the update process and are utilized during the update schedule.
  • Create a master list of content with an update schedule.
  • Create notification letters that can be sent to program managers or team leads when content is 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days from update start date.
  • Assist in the management of the training content review and updates processes.
  • Document the content review and update processes in a Standard Operating Procedure

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training program management.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and training technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
