Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor of EAP Training to oversee the coordination and delivery of EAP-related training programs to our client companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EAP services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for promoting mental health and well-being in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination: Manage a team of training coordinators responsible for organizing and delivering EAP training programs to client companies.
- Program Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance EAP training materials and curriculum based on the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their training needs and ensure the effective delivery of EAP training programs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality and effectiveness of EAP training programs through regular assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
- Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to training coordinators, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Implement systems for tracking and evaluating the performance and impact of EAP training initiatives, including participant feedback and outcome measurements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in EAP training delivery, processes, and methodologies to enhance the overall effectiveness and impact of our programs.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards, and prepare regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and achievements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of [2} years of experience in the field of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), with a focus on training and education.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues, counseling techniques, and workplace wellness programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Certification in EAP, counseling, or related field is a plus.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $62,800- $94,140.00 annually.
