Full Job Description
As a call center trainer, you will be responsible for leading and managing training programs for call center employees. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing developed training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

A Trainer will work 25-30 hours a week, and assists the organization by teaching the Complete Call, ensuring training spreadsheets are updated on time, assessing new hire performance, and creating content for the Learning Management System. The Trainer will report to the Recruiting and Training Specialist and will be responsible for conducting, as well as assisting with, training classes that last two weeks, with third Nesting Week on the virtual call floor.
Responsibilities
- Training from the set curriculum
- Ensures new hires understand how to use the calling platform, and how to proficiently make successful calls by listening to and coaching new hires on the platform
- Documenting trainee progress and communicating it with the team
- Attending scheduled meetings
- Content Creation for LMS
Requirements
- A background in teaching, coaching or training
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable training on camera
- One to two years of related experience
