Telehealth Practitioner

OpenTelemed is inviting all types of medical practitioners to join our dynamic telehealth team. We provide a comprehensive digital platform that allows you to perform telehealth services from the comfort of your own home, according to your available schedule. As a Telehealth Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality remote healthcare services to our patient base, which may include health counseling, wellness counseling, nutrition assessment, diet plan suggestions, primary care services, pre/post and remote monitoring services, X-ray, MRI and other lab report analysis, and various evaluation and management services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality telehealth services, including consultations, assessments, and diagnostics.
• Offer health, wellness, and nutrition counseling to patients.
• Develop personalized diet plans and provide nutrition assessments.
• Deliver primary care services and routine evaluations.
• Monitor patient conditions remotely and provide pre/post-operative care as needed.
• Analyze X-ray, MRI, and other lab reports.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HHS, MACRA, FCC, and other state telehealth guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications as required by your specialty and practice.
• Manage online appointments and prepare for telehealth sessions.
• Utilize OpenTelemed's digital platform effectively for patient care and management.

Requirements

• Licensed healthcare professional in your state of practice (e.g., Physician, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, LPN, Social Health Worker, Nutritionist, Dietitian, Holistic Practitioner, Specialty Practitioner, etc.).
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care remotely.
• Proficient in using digital platforms and technology for telehealth services.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HHS, MACRA, FCC, and other state telehealth regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practices.
