Technical Support & Product Specialist

Aesthetix CRM, a premier provider of customer relationship management solutions tailored for the aesthetic and medical spa industries, is looking for a Technical Support & Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for client inquiries and technical support related to our software platform. You will work closely with internal team members & customers to resolve issues, provide product training, and ensure they are getting the most out of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client technical support inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues related to the Aesthetix CRM platform.
• Assist clients and internal team members in navigating the software functionalities and maximizing their use of our tools.
• Collaborate with the development and product management teams to report bugs and suggest product enhancements based on client feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Become a product expert and learn the in's and out's of the platform
• Work closely with the CEO/CTO to learn the platform
• Stay current with product updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Familiarity with CRM software and database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Technical aptitude and a passion for technology.
• Experience in the aesthetic industry is a plus.
