enosix is looking for a talented Technical Solutions Architect to join our growing team.  In this role, you'll be a key member of the development team, responsible for designing and implementing complex, integrated systems that drive our SAP integration framework. You'll work on cutting-edge technology and have a direct impact on how we deliver value to our customers.

The Responsibilities and Vision: 

• Mentor Developers: Guide and mentor other developers through pair programming, mob programming, and code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.  

• Design and Architect Systems: Lead the design of complex systems with multiple integration points, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and performant. Be responsible for the design of products from inception to production support through: UML diagrams, design documentation and best practices. 

• Create Architecture Diagrams: Develop detailed architecture diagrams to communicate system designs and integration approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Full Stack Development: Author and review code across the entire stack using Test Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions. 

• DevOps and Continuous Delivery: Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of software to production. 

• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a distributed agile product organization to rapidly develop high-performing, low-defect functionality. This role will span multiple product teams and solutions, ensuring cohesive architecture and integration across the organization. 

Requirements

Requirements and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. 

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full stack development. 

• Strong proficiency in creating architecture diagrams and system designs with multiple integration points. 

• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and DevOps practices, including Continuous Delivery. 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

• Ability to work effectively in a remote distributed team environment.
