Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with both brands and influencers, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, and driving the strategic growth of our talent roster. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in managing successful brand-influencer collaborations. We are looking for a self-starter looking to immediately make an impact. Our talent division is new and we are looking for someone who wants to lead, build, and grow with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Talent and Brand Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers and brands. Serve as the primary point of contact for all talent-related inquiries, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Identify potential collaborations and campaigns that align with our talents' profiles and brands' marketing objectives. Coordinate all aspects of campaign execution, from initial pitch to post-campaign analysis.
- Performance Monitoring and Insights: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics. Provide actionable insights to both talents and brands, aiming to optimize future campaigns for better engagement and ROI.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging trends in the influencer space, including platform updates, content strategies, and audience preferences. Use these insights to advise our talents and inform our campaign strategies.
- Talent Advisory: Offer general advisory services to influencers on personal branding, content optimization, and strategic growth opportunities within the digital space.
- Research and Recruitment: Conduct ongoing research to identify and recruit new influencers who align with our agency's values and our clients' needs. Develop strategies to attract top-tier talent to our roster.
- Pitch Development: Craft compelling pitches that highlight our existing talent's strengths and potential contributions to brands' marketing goals. Tailor pitches to individual brand needs and campaign objectives.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure a cohesive approach to influencer campaigns. Mentor junior talent managers and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related role within the digital media industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for campaign optimization.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
