TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10%

REMOTE: ANYWHERE, USA

*Majority of work will be done in PST and MST Time Zones

The Ewing Talent Acquisition Support Specialist provides sourcing and administrative support to the hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Team to meet recruiting and organizational goals. This role is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and cultivating relationships with sourced candidates and applicants to build a talent pool. You will assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment screenings, and maintaining applicant data. The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

The role will work on one or many of these tasks simultaneously:

  • Assist with job postings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and other onboarding documentation.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
  • Provide back-office support for maintaining system records.
  • Responsible for learning and understanding hiring laws and compliance as they apply to each state.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork follows HR requirements
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and decision-making.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment history as necessary.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help coordinate recruitment events.
