PolyAI are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to drive and continue building the in-house recruitment function and help scale the team. Reporting into the Global Talent Lead, this is an exciting opportunity to become the central point for helping to drive all US recruitment, particularly our GTM function.
PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants that carry on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. Our voice assistants understand customers, regardless of what they say or how they say it. We serve enterprises where customer conversation is an important part of doing business. Our customers include some of the leading names in banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.
Our enterprise clients deploy PolyAI voice assistants to cut down on wait times and free up live staff to focus on calls requiring empathy and judgment. As a result, our enterprise clients see improved customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Directly source, build pipeline, and screen candidates for open roles through various channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, hiring and networking events etc.)
- Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a fantastic candidate experience that reflects our company values
- Plan interview and selection procedures, screening calls, assessments and interviews
- Coordinate with PolyAI’s hiring managers to identify hiring needs when required
- Partner with hiring managers to design job descriptions, hiring checklists and interview questions that reflect each role’s requirements
- Assess candidate information, including CVs and contact details, using our ATS, Workable
- Help to drive our hiring strategy to meet PolyAI diversity goals
- Ensure all hiring processes are in line with our internal compliance procedures
- Oversee integration of ATS systems with other systems
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 depending on location and experience + Equity
About you:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
- Experience working in a global organisation
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks
- 3+ years of full-cycle hiring experience from direct outreach to onboarding in a hyper growth tech startup environments, open to agency recruiters who have managed a 360 desk
- Proven track of hiring for Tech, Product and GTM roles of different levels of seniority
- Experience hiring across US
- You are a self starter who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with the ability to act quickly
- Strong interview skills to conduct both technical and cultural interviews
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
