JOB TITLE: System Support Data Processor
DEPARTMENT: Strategic Sourcing
REPORTS TO: System Support Assistant Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
JOB TYPE: Full Time
COMPENSATION: $19.55/hr (40 hours/week)
LOCATION: USA
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Supports the analysis, maintenance, and overall quality of the internal catalog and contract databases associated within our system.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contracts: Maintaining and adding new contact information in the system in accordance with the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.
• Manufacturer Item Data: Maintaining and adding new item information including specifications, cost, and options.
• Manufacturer Information Management: Responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of various manufacturer details, including lead times, discounts, warranties, freight notes, and other relevant information.
• Collaboration in Group Inbox/Ticketing System: Engage in a collaborative inbox to ensure timely responses to inquiries regarding our manufacturers and their information.
• Regular review and oversight of data accuracy within the system.
• Preparation of information for proper and clear display on external facing systems.
• Assist Bids, Purchasing, and other departments as need.
TRAVEL
All Meteor new hires are expected to attend an in-person cultural orientation which requires travel to our home office in Gainesville, FL. Employees may also be required to travel and attend annual company meetings and events. All business-related travel expenses will be paid for by Meteor per our company travel and expense policy.

Requirements
• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• 1-year minimum experience utilizing job skills of the position
• Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) & Adobe Acrobat knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Ability to work quickly with few mistakes.
• Ability to work independently once given direction and information.
• Results driven with high energy level.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Proficient typing/keying skills.
• Computer skills and a working knowledge of data driven system.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A polite phone manner and professional communication skills.
