SVP, Sales Manager

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an SVP, Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind a team of 5+ direct reports, creating and executing innovative sales strategies. You will provide guidance, support, and coaching to your team members, set sales targets, and monitor performance. ​​ We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a good understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.​. Your role is not just pivotal, but transformative, as you foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within our sales department.

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide guidance, training, and regular performance feedback to ensure the team’s success.

·       Collaborate with the Global Head of Sales and Channel leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies across all products and platforms to drive revenue growth.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively.

·       Continuously evaluate and enhance the sales process, tools, and resources to increase efficiency and effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.

·       Work with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure alignment and provide valuable insights from the sales team(s).

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

·       Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.

 

Experience:

·       Must have 10+ years of experience working in a market research environment, combined with strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies

·       Advanced understanding of marketing and “go to market” principles including understanding of related client structures and processes.

 

Computer Skills: :

·       MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
