Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to optimize the supply chain and improve procurement processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts for the best pricing and terms.
• Manage inventory, forecasting needs, and reducing waste through efficient resource planning.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and alignment with project schedules.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, ideally in the construction or renovation fields.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
