The Supply Chain Manager at The Willows Communications is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Manages supplier relationships and negotiations to secure favorable terms, quality products, and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply chain processes and business objectives.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends, forecast demand, and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Leads and mentors the supply chain team, ensuring high performance through training and performance evaluations.
  • Implements best practices in supply chain management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitors and manages budgets related to supply chain operations, ensuring cost control measures are adhered to.
  • Ensures compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, promoting a safe operational environment.
  • Prepares regular reports for senior management on supply chain performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Leads initiatives for sustainability and efficiency in supply chain practices, aligning with corporate social responsibility goals.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, able to inspire and drive performance.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large amounts of data and derive insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, anticipating challenges and achieving deadlines.
    • Proactive and strategic, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain operations is a plus.
    • Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are preferred.
