Strategic Cyber Performance Program Manager

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Cyber Performance Program Manager to join our team. As the Strategic Cyber Performance Program Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic cybersecurity initiatives, spearheading the development and execution of performance improvement plans, and providing innovative solutions to enhance our clients' cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic cybersecurity initiatives for our government clients.
• Develop and execute performance improvement plans to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of cybersecurity programs.
• Provide innovative solutions and recommendations to address complex cybersecurity challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cybersecurity initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior leadership on cybersecurity performance and initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation and management of cybersecurity tools, systems, and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls.
• Provide guidance and support to cybersecurity teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Requirements

• Clearance: DHS Suitability or ability to obtain
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Experience developing and executing performance improvement plans.
• Knowledge of risk management and assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are highly desirable.
