Sinch is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Marketing to lead the charge in promoting and extending of global leadership position in CPaaS our diverse CPaaS. As the SVP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that showcase the unique strengths and capabilities of our solutions for B2C, B2B, and Carrier clients, all with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Translating Product Strategy and Roadmap into GTM action
- Translate the overall product strategy and roadmap into a clear value proposition, articulating the unique benefits and advantages of Sinch's solutions by both product area and customer segment.
- Work closely with product management to align marketing strategies with the evolving product landscape, ensuring a cohesive narrative that resonates with target audiences.
Development of Customer-Centric Positioning
- Drive the development and communication of compelling, customer-centric positioning and messaging strategies tailored to the unique needs of B2C, B2B, and Carrier clients.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex product features across both network, api, application and solutions into clear, customer-centric benefits for each segment.
Go-to-Market Strategy Across Channels and Segments
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring consistency across communication channels and addressing the specific requirements of B2C, B2B, and Carrier segments.
- Work closely with sales teams to enable their success through impactful sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence tailored to each segment.
Cross-Channel Marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that span diverse communication channels, ensuring they resonate with target audiences across various touchpoints and segments.
- Infuse a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences into marketing materials, enhancing resonance across different communication channels and segments.
Market Research and Customer Insight:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes across all CPaaS segments.
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly, taking into account the nuances of each customer segment.
- Together with our product development organization ensure the voice of our customers is front and center of Sinch’s product and GTM strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product development, marketing strategies, and revenue goals, with a specific focus on the unique requirements of our customers.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence for each segment, all with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Analyst Relations and Industry Events:
- Interact with industry analysts from organizations such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and others, building relationships and ensuring Sinch is positively positioned within industry reports and evaluations.
- Represent Sinch at leading industry events, conferences, and tradeshows, showcasing our products, thought leadership, and engaging with key stakeholders in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product marketing leadership roles within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of CPaaS, telecommunications, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, technical products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a commitment to a customer-centric approach.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $232,960 - $305,760. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for bonus. This role will be accepting applications until 03/15/2024 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
