As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager you can expect to...
- Use your established knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O to successfully strategies to attract and retain top industry talent for D365 F&O and other roles within our CE, Application Platform, Infrastructure, Data and AI, and Managed Services practices, building long-term relationships with candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical, functional, sales, and support roles in the D365 F&O domain
- Collaborate openly with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand business needs, create job descriptions, monitor industry trends, and work as a partner to the business
- Be solution-oriented in building effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage experienced technology consultants in a competitive market
- Deliver a reliable, high-quality, responsive candidate experience
- Effectively balance competing priorities, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail
- Consistently keep recruiting data integrity, candidate information, and candidate status up-to-date in our ATS within a dynamic environment
- Focus on managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, requiring exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills
- Be a self-starter who proactively seeks out information as needed

- Leveraging various sourcing channels using diverse sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn, employee referrals, industry intelligence, and established D365 F&O professional networks to build a robust pipeline of Microsoft technology talent
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, responsiveness, and professional interactions
- Effectively partnering with hiring managers and executive leaders to understand job requirements, develop clear job descriptions, and align on hiring expectations, priorities and timelines
- Navigate evolving priorities and shifting organizational needs with creativity and resilience, contributing to scalable recruiting solutions--HSO is a growing company!
- Building relationships with clients and internal partners
- Working in a highly collaborative team environment
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 to adapt hiring strategies effectively
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in IT recruiting in a consulting or professional services environment, experience recruiting high-level Consultants preferred
- Proven track record of hiring technical and functional consultants, solution architects, and other roles within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Deep understanding of D365 F&O skillsets, modules, roles, and certifications
- A pre-existing network of industry consultants in one or more of the following Microsoft disciplines: D365 F&O, CE/CRM, Data/AI, Power Platform, or Azure/.Net Development
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Full life cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record for closing candidates
- Experiences with different ATS’, tracking and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness, to optimize recruitment processes
- Strong adherence to recruiting process, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities ensure business leaders feel supported and are communicated with throughout the process
