Amare Global, a leader in mental wellness and gut health, is seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to elevate and amplify our social media presence. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of all social media efforts. This role will focus on developing engaging content, building community, and enhancing brand awareness across multiple social platforms, ensuring that Amare's mission of holistic wellness resonates with our ever-growing audience. What You'll Do:
- Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Amare’s brand and business goals. Focus on building brand equity, increasing engagement and followers, while driving consumer action.
- Content Creation & Campaign Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling and on-brand content, including images, videos, copy, and stories. Oversee the content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Community Engagement: Build, nurture, and grow engaged communities by fostering genuine interactions with followers. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner while maintaining Amare’s voice and tone.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Utilize insights to continuously optimize strategies, adjust content, and improve KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, and brand sentiment.
- Trend Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment: Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes. Proactively adjust strategies to ensure Amare remains at the forefront of social media innovation and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product) to support launches, promotions, and events through social media initiatives. Ensure alignment across messaging, campaigns, and overall brand positioning.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role. Experience in mental wellness or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that increase brand followers, awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Skills:
- Expertise in social media analytics and reporting tools (Sprout Social and Google Analytics). Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or courses related to social media marketing, digital advertising, or content strategy are a plus.
