Full Job Description

As a Sr. Project Manager with a focus in OCM you can expect to… 

  • Facilitate technology adoption, ensuring clients are prepared, trained, and supported to use Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, or Modern Workplace solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, delivering the project while ensuring user adoption and change readiness
  • takes a more holistic approach, incorporating the human side of change to ensure users embrace and sustain the implemented technologies. Both are valuable, but the latter is particularly crucial for projects involving significant cultural or behavioral shifts
  • Coordinate technical and functional teams, developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Develop communication plans and training materials to inform and educate stakeholders, monitoring  project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients, managing project budgets and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption
  • Proactively address client concerns and issues, identifying and assessing potential impacts of change on individuals and organizations
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during the change process maintaining a strong focus on adoption rates, user satisfaction, and project readiness

  • Focus on end-user readiness and adoption as key success metrics, measuring and reporting on adoption KPIs, such as usage rates or satisfaction levels
  • Balancing delivery management with change management initiatives; multitasking, being flexible & paying close attention to detail
  • Bridging the gap between the technical implementation of Microsoft solutions and the human aspect of change resulting in high adoption and solution usage
  • Engages deeply with stakeholders to address cultural and adoption challenges
  • Blends project management with OCM strategies to drive user adoption and organizational readiness
  • Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly, providing thought leadership in both system integration and application development
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Endpoint Manager technologies and best practices, learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly
  • Promoting the mission and Shared Values of our company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in project management at a professional services or consulting organization
  • Familiarity with OCM frameworks like Prosci ADKA
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Strong understanding of IT project management tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems
  • The drive and self-sufficiency to work independently, translate goals into action, own the success of your area of work, support and seek support from colleagues when needed
