As the Sr. Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the financial health of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company that is at the forefront of the wellness industry.

**Candidates with Manufacturing, Retail or Home Improvement experience HIGHLY preferred.**
Responsibilities
- Develop KPIs and track the financial performance of the business across each of our 7 locations
- Partner with operations leadership to develop labor productivity metrics and tools to better manage costs
- Develop job costing and pricing analytics to improve job and location profitability.
- Lead performance management reporting, forecast management, highlight and execute on risk management and business opportunities to deliver financial targets.
- Lead the process to build a bottom-up long range and annual operating plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Engage with leaders to deliver the results.
- Prepare management commentary and financial presentations.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Anticipate and foresee evolution of the financial aspects of the Company, inform management of trends, evolutions, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year College or University in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Finance Manager or FP&A Manager
- Experience with multi-site operations and financial reporting preferred
- Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Proven track-record as a leader who can solve problems and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally when required.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, able to deal with ambiguity & ability to work autonomosly is a MUST.
