Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Director of Outbound Marketing & Product Engagement to spearhead integrated campaigns and product-focused outreach initiatives that align with the Communications plan. This hybrid role is perfect for an individual with a strong product marketing foundation, combined with a talent for developing compelling, demand-generating campaigns and communications strategies that drive customer engagement and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring an innovative, results-oriented approach to expanding market reach, executing high-impact product messaging, and elevating the company’s brand presence across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel corporate communications and outbound campaigns that amplify company and product positioning, drive lead generation, and boost engagement across digital, social, and media platforms.
- Targeted Messaging & Product Promotion: Craft clear, targeted messaging and value propositions for each product, ensuring resonance with key customer segments and verticals through tailored campaign strategies.
- Sales Enablement & Marketing Collateral: Develop impactful sales enablement materials, including product sheets, case studies, and presentations, empowering the sales team with the tools needed to engage customers effectively.
- Content Creation & Brand Storytelling: Oversee content creation for outbound marketing and communications, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and video content, enhancing brand storytelling and thought leadership.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, understand customer needs, and inform outbound marketing strategies with actionable insights.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization: Define KPIs and analyze campaign performance data to refine tactics, optimize spend, and maximize ROI, continually enhancing the effectiveness of outbound marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in outbound marketing, product marketing, or communications, in the cybersecurity market with a history of driving successful campaigns and demand-generation initiatives in a B2B technology setting.
- Creative & Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset for tracking and interpreting metrics, paired with a creative vision for developing compelling campaigns that connect with target audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and demand generation, particularly within tech or cybersecurity industries.
- Tools Proficiency: Leads with GenAI tools to foster rapid content development and tuning. Work with creative agencies, website and internal growth marketing teams to drive and measure results. Operate in a closed loop with the broader team to establish needle-moving actions.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
