Chicago Cornea Consultants, LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Data Analyst-Quality Consultant to join our team. This position is for a full-time Sr. Data Analyst-Quality Consultant with significant experience in data analysis and quality improvement in a healthcare setting. Prior experience in ophthalmology or a related field is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional analytical skills and be proficient in statistical analysis software and tools. They should have a strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive improvements in patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as the Sr. Data Analyst-Quality Consultant will be responsible for effectively communicating complex data findings to various audiences.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for quality improvement
- Develop and implement data collection methodologies and tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define quality improvement goals and initiatives
- Provide expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling to support quality improvement projects
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Monitor and track quality improvement initiatives to evaluate effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and quality improvement
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Sr. Data Analyst-Quality Consultant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting or ophthalmology
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in quality improvement methodologies and initiatives
