Trilagen is looking for a talented and innovative Solution Architect to join our expanding team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud based Identity Governance solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients. Your role will involve understanding business requirements, creating architectural blueprints, and overseeing the technical execution of our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our solutions are strategically aligned and technologically robust. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen and will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and develop architectural solutions that meet those needs effectively and efficiently.
- Create detailed architectural designs, technical specifications, and documentation for projects.
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of the proposed solutions.
- Review and refine existing architectures, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Conduct regular assessments of technology trends and industry best practices to evolve our solution offerings.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or a similar role within the IT consulting industry.
- 7+ years of Identity Governance experience.
- 7+ years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
- 7+ years of experience working with advanced coding Languages such as Java.
- SailPoint IdentityNow professional and engineering certifications must be obtained within three months of the start date.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and architectural frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with various programming languages and frameworks, databases, and integration techniques.
- Relevant certifications in solution architecture or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are advantageous.
