Full Job Description

Symmetrio is recruiting a Software Marketing Lead position for our customer, a leading multi-national medical technology company. This role will lead marketing strategies for our client’s healthcare software solutions in the oncology space. This role is responsible for developing marketing plans and executing tactics to guide the entire customer's journey lifecycle. Key responsibilities include product launches, pricing strategy, positioning, marketing communications, lead generation, and field support. Success in this position is measured by product line performance and the effectiveness of customer engagement.

The candidate will work with the team to build and execute marketing plans, and strategically align resources. This position requires the candidate to be based in the United States, preferably close to a HUB airport.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare IT marketing, possess an MBA, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities with proven success in working with both direct and cross-functional teams. 

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, PTO and 401K match. 

The US base salary range for this position is $150,000 annual with 10% bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Create an Account Based marketing plan with engagement programs and VOC needs.
  • Lead marketing strategies for healthcare software solutions to drive sales and enhance service activities. 
  • Ensure strategic alignment across various business lines and global regions to support overall corporate objectives. 
  • Organize and oversee key industry events and trade shows to promote healthcare software solutions and strengthen market presence. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key KOLs and work with the other business lines to ensure consistent messaging and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/University Degree – MBA or similar preferred 
  • 3+ yrs healthcare IT marketing work experience or similar preferred  
  • 10+ yrs experience in senior commercial roles with strong sales interaction 
  • Track record in working in complex, multi-functional, multi-cultural and international environments 
  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial mind-set – not shying away from doing groundwork when needed 
  • Willing to travel 30% of time.
