Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled software engineer who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for working on projects that are currently being developed on by our company. You will use your creativity and technical skills and apply the principles of software engineering to help solve new and ongoing problems for the organization.
Software Engineer Responsibilities:
- Analyze the needs of the user
- Recommend upgrades for existing systems and programs
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems
- Develop separate elements of a software that work well in the program as a whole
- Monitoring system performance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Software Engineer
- Proficiency in software engineering tools
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Experience with test-driven development
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
