You'll be a beacon for organic engagement—witty, detail-focused, and always online. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure our social media presence is seamlessly integrated with our overarching brand voice and campaign strategies, reporting directly to the Content Director.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance online presence and marketing efforts. 
• Manage and oversee social media content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. 
• Regularly interact with the community to gather insights, increase engagement, and foster brand loyalty. 
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure social media activities align with the brand’s tone and campaign strategies. 
• Manage UGC searching and permissions, ensuring all shared content meets brand standards. 
• Execute both proactive and reactive community management strategies on and off brand channels. 
• Report and analyze brand themes, community insights, and KPI metrics to guide future strategies. 
• Own the scheduling, posting, and commenting across all Organic Social Media channels.

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
