About the Role

Our client, a food blog company operating in the DFW metroplex area is seeking to hire a mid-level industry social media marketing expert for a short-term project focused on social media monetization. The primary objective is to increase the company's audience on Facebook and Instagram and to begin monetizing one or both of these platforms. Additionally, an understanding of LinkedIn is required. The company already has all the necessary graphics for this project, and the freelancer can work remotely according to their flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's audience on Facebook and Instagram organically.
  • Explore and recommend monetization opportunities on these platforms, such as sponsored posts, influencer collaborations, or advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize the company's social media profiles and content for better visibility, engagement, and monetization potential.
  • Analyze and interpret social media metrics to track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and monetization, preferably in the food/lifestyle industry.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms, their advertising capabilities, and monetization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with the company's team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project goals.
