About The Job

F45 Training is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to to assist us as we grow our brand by planning, implementing and managing our social media presence. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker that has a pulse on all social media platforms and isn't afraid to take risks. You will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience and an interest in social analytics. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on the success of all our social channels. You will understand the target audience and have a firm grasp on community engagement methods and best practice.

Location

Remote (or hybrid). Candidates either from Austin, Texas or willing to work in US central time alignment (regardless of base location in US) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage content / editorial calendar across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the entire brand.
  • Uphold community management best practices and engage with audiences across all brand channels.
  • Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics.
  • Assist in F45’s influencer marketing efforts in coordinating with agency partners to ensure strategic influencer marketing efforts are carried out on behalf of F45 Training. 
  • Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management.
  • Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels.
  • Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness through impactful storytelling.

Requirements

  • Background in fitness and passion for the F45 Brand.
  • 3-5 years of experience building strategy, content creation and analyzing performance of core social channels.
  • A demonstrated track record of growing engaged audiences on organic social channels.
  • A knack for evaluating social media analytics and adapting strategies and tactics based on insights.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills - as well as some ability to create visuals, videos, etc.
  • Able to work individually or in a team environment.
  • Online marketing and/or copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the US

Other information

This is a full time position and the ideal candidate can commit to helping on weekends and after hours if required.
