About Infinite Reality:

Infinite Reality, a leading global provider of cutting-edge virtual, AI-powered immersive experiences, is hiring a Social Media Manager. This position will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s content strategy across social media and owned channels. Reporting to the Global Head of Communications, this position involves collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to create engaging, innovative content that resonates with our diverse audiences. You will be responsible for highlighting our multiple cutting-edge product offerings, B2B services, and portfolio companies, crafting narratives that demonstrate their value and appeal to both consumers and business clients. Your efforts will enhance brand visibility, articulate the benefits of our technology, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall communication goals and enhances brand visibility.
  • Working across internal departments, partner to create compelling, high-quality video and written content that effectively communicates our technology’s unique features and benefits and tells our brand story.
  • Manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive brand voice.
  • Collaborate closely with the communications, product, and marketing teams to craft narratives and engage relevant communities to highlight product launches, company updates, and other initiatives, milestones, industry trends, etc..
  • Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and engagement tactics.
  • Coordinate with the Global Head of Communications to develop a calendar of significant content initiatives, integrating these with broader marketing and communications efforts.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to continually refine strategies, increase reach, and drive higher engagement rates.
  • Skilled in analyzing and reporting key social media metrics to gauge success, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the brand on social media, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a positive community presence across a range of platforms and serving a variety of constituents such as developers, creators, consumers, advertisers, among others.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, marketing or related field. 
  • Proven experience working with B2B, gaming, SaaS, technology or related sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or social media strategy are a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content creation for a variety of platforms, including experience with video content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging and clear messages for diverse audiences.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify trends and adapt strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong collaborative skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
