About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Associate for a client to create and distribute social media content and resources, engaging with audiences, and monitoring trends in social media channels.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting civic engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field preferred but not essential
• 1-3 years of experience in social media
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to commit through the November election and potentially beyond
• Passion for civic engagement and democracy
