Site Acquisition Manager

Utilities One is looking for a qualified Site Acquisition Manager to work on Nationwide projects.

As a Site Acquisition Manager, you will identify, evaluate and acquire properties that competitively position the division for success.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunications installations;
• Serve as a point of contact for community and/or government agencies, as necessary;
• Review subdivision/development agreement requirements as needed;
• Inspect the sites and oversee the complete site acquisition process;
• Complete zoning, land use applications, and building permit applications on behalf of the client;
• Estimate or review hard costs, soft costs and carry costs for proformas;
• Meet & supervise outside vendor partners, environmental engineers, architectural & engineering firms, engineers & drafting technicians, title search firms, and others to ensure transactions close within defined timeframes;
• Supervise vendor partners and vendors in the process;
• Provide reports, updates, and milestones with all active parties when necessary;
• Lead a team of specialists to complete all client deliverables;
• Manage and expand ongoing relationships with market clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Telecommunications Industry experience;
• 3+ years of Client Management experience;
• Ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, title policies, subordination, and technical drawings;
• Experience negotiating important decisions & commitments with diverse types of people;
• Valid US driver’s license and a safe driving record.
